-Leading the IT infrastructure and SAP team in the Czech Republic (CZ). - Implementing the IT strategy for CZ, aligning it with overall business goals. - Leading the “Efficiency Driver Digitalisation” strategy and promoting the “One Team” philosophy for IT CZ. - Collaborating with stakeholders to drive IT initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Managing a diverse, cross-functional team across multiple locations and fostering a collaborative culture.

Responsible for the definition, design & implementation of process improvement projects in Operations in conjunction with the Site Management in all functions and in cooperation with the central Operations Executive team. Ensure integration and alignment with business and site strategies to drive the OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE. Provide leadership in supporting teamwork, in problem-solving tools and facilitating team meetings with the Process Owner, and ensure that team decisions are made in a timely manner

- Leading multiple project at a time to successfully deliver on real customer solutions. Ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and scope constraints by tracking budget and forecasts utilizing a formal Statement of Work (SOW) - Application Architect and Product Owner for the master application. - Incharge for the development of single master mobile application for all connected products from the company. - Project requirement analysis, Budget creation & management and strategy development.

Developement of new temperature sensors and its communication network, mainly wireless communication. Control system developement for new devices with advanced contollers and PLC devices.

Physical,Chemical and Optical sensor design and development. Contol system development. Advance communication system development.
