From January 2023 to March 2025, I served as an Associate Manager in BRAC Bank’s SME Business Division. I managed the end-to-end loan process, from client acquisition to disbursement, ensuring accurate documentation and conducting field assessments. I monitored portfolio performance, managing credit exposure and ensuring low non-performing loans (NPL). Additionally, I collaborated with the credit risk team to comply with regulations and meet business targets for loan disbursement and deposits.
