As HR Systems Project Manager, I completed the implementation of the new Recruiting ATS and Onboarding modules of the Costa Coffee People System – Ceridian, Dayforce HCM. This included all project phases, from the initial discovery, design, through development, testing, successful launch and first major upgrade. This project included two custom built modules of the system with external integrations (Sterling ID Verified). It was a truly international project.

Organisation Design and Integration - worked closely with the OD Workstream Manager to ensure the successful delivery of the OD projects within the Sainsbury’s Argos HR integration programme. Talent and Resourcing - Project management and delivery of the key HR initiatives to drive more customer centric culture within the office environments, as well as key projects within the Talent and Resourcing area.

In this role I worked alongside senior stakeholders driving the recruitment strategy and delivering end to end recruitment across the various areas of commercial function within Argos, Homebase and Group functions.
