Currently, into Six Sigma program instruction for the Black and Green Belts having engagements with the Corporates and the Academics. Having strong Consultancy exposure, my assignments covered Methods Improvement (O&M), Productivity Improvement, Training, Project Appraisal, Layout, Production Norm Fixation, Job Evaluation and Manpower Assessment.These projects were from a cross section of industries including Manufacturing and Service Organizations. The individual Companies were from Automobile, Cement, Chemical & fine Chemicals, Garments, Gems & Jewellery, Glass, Healthcare, Packaging, Pharmaceutical, Ship-building, Steel and Tyre sectors.
