Worked on plume-surface interactions for mars lander engines, focusing on compressible jet flows, near-wall loads and ground erosion effects. Used Python and OpenFOAM to construct a parametric 3d CFD workflow.

Following my term as vice president of the team, I was elected president the following year. My responsibilities now not only comprise PR and industry cooperation, but also financial planning. What stands out in particular is the coordination and closing and maintenance of a multi-year government grant.

After a year as a propulsion engineer at ASTG, I have progressed to take a leadership role. In this position I am responsible for managing close to 90 members and coordinate with multiple industry partners. In addition I play a key role in our public relations, representing the team and it's mission.

Development of hybrid and solid engine rockets

Enhancements to a proposed multi-spacecraft mission to Venus to quantify the influence of solar winds on the induced magnetosphere. I was part of the power subsystem, guaranteeing uninterrupted nominal operation during eclipse by employing batteries and solar panels for recharging.

Introduction to research topics through various experiments, notably transient absorption spectroscopy, HAS to resolve the surface of graphene and atmospheric probing in the green visible spectrum.

Design of a satellite mission in LEO to investigate upper atmospheric discharges.

Redesign of a stock-keeping software to improve usability.

Experimental testing of backup-communication systems and the included power system as well as the design of a protective cover for power circuits in a mars environment.
