Furthermore responsible for passing on clients to respective employees within Credit Suisse on particular issue, and handling complaint management

Supporting the Healthcare Corporate Solution Team with various administrative task. This includes system maintenance, policy comparisons and preparation. As well as assisting on underwriting tasks such as initiating pricings and broker correspondence. In addition, also starting to take over premium handling and additional accounting duties. Involvement in various projects for example benchmarking healthcare rates and underwriting improvement project (UWIP) for casualty single risks.

Working as a recruiting support (first for Products, furthermore for Asset Management, CALM and Reinsurance Client Markets). The job includes organising interviews setting up contracts, handling queries for line internal and external customers. Other tasks are entering new hires into the SAP application, opening positions and dealing with HR tickets.

Germany Nordic Baltic Team, area of Property and Casualty accounts, mainly non- and proportional treaties. Control and processing of clients reinsurance accounts as well as clarification of discrepancies. Regular correspondence with the client (written and spoken)
