Strategic HR management for an Italian a fast-growing start-up company consolidating different actors: focus on change management, organizational development and digitalization, post-merge integrations, implementation and design of all HR processes, responsible for talent acquisition and employer branding; compensation & rewarding management; overseeing effective use labor law; personal costs budgeting (53Mio €) and HR reporting; leading a team of 10 employees; facility and office management.

Monthly, quarterly and yearly internal management reporting & group wide reporting (Hyperion) according IFRS for foreign business units (RU, China, BG, IT); budgeting and forecasting; support and coordination with local units on financial matters; cash flow forecasting and treasury management; development of transfer pricing models; coordination of various projects within finance department; operative controlling of projects and cost centers.

For the headquarter in Vienna, as well as for the foreign business units set up of the administration structure and procedures, training of new employees; managing and leading of the international accounting team; monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting according to HGB and IFRS for single company and consolidation; support and coordination of local units on financial matters; treasury and credit management; handel with tax advisor, banks, auditors and government agencies (domestic and foreign).

Leading a team of 7 accountant; year closing according to HGB and preparation of fiscal statements of Austrian holding, commercial or trustee companies; collaboration with Austrian tax advisors; monitoring of audits by the Austrian tax authority; customer care of Italian trustee customers; bookkeeping for Austrian capital companies; audit of Italian productions factories; establishment of trustee companies for Italian customers, together with legal department.
