As Managing Partner for Financial Services in Europe, I work closely with some of the largest financial institutions, ensuring DXC consistently stands out by demonstrating our unique capabilities and comprehensive portfolio. In this role, I support Account Executives and Sales Professionals as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, collaborating with clients to co-create innovative solutions that drive business value and support their transformation journeys.

As a Technology Strategy Consultant (TSC), I led and coached the TSC team in the DACH&CNEE regions, managing up to 15 senior professionals. Establishing myself as a trusted advisor, I developed relationships with senior client leadership, leveraging insights from DXC and partners to drive growth. Key achievements include providing cloud strategy and security consulting for major banks, offering ESG advisory for a national corporate bank, and advising on open banking for central banks and payment providers.

As CTO Banking Switzerland, I defined the IT strategy for core banking, introduced innovations like microservices and open APIs, and led transformation roadmaps. I oversaw architecture governance and advanced Open Banking strategies. As a founding member of openbankingproject.ch, I helped shape Swiss open banking. I supported DXC’s go-to-market initiatives, creating thought leadership content and representing DXC in Swiss and international banking IT communities like SITIC, CC Ecosystems, and BIAN.

I shaped the IT growth and innovation strategy, aligned our assets with client goals, and supported C-level sales. I led a team of 15-25 architects and engineers, optimizing architecture governance and overseeing HPE's core banking system IBIS3G. Key achievements include defining growth strategies and establishing efficient enterprise architecture processes that enhanced HPE’s reputation in Swiss and global markets. Additionally, I advanced microservices architecture and contributed to industry communities.

As Head of Information Systems Architecture at HP Banking Service Center, I established a cost-efficient, flexible architecture, leading domain architects and aligning projects with customer enterprise strategies. I promoted architecture strategy to stakeholders and ensured project compliance. Key achievements included serving as the CTO’s deputy, introducing architecture KPIs, supporting international pre-sales, and defining innovation roadmaps with clients to drive long-term vision and cost optimization.

As Senior Researcher and Project Leader at SAP Research in Zürich, I led SAP’s research in Intelligent Transport Systems, eMobility, and Cloud Computing, managing three European FP7 projects and internal SAP transfer projects. I supervised PhD and graduate students, authored research proposals, and supported sales in automotive and insurance. Key achievements included building ITS as a core SAP Research focus, leading a multinational team of 10+, and advancing SAP’s scientific profile in the ITS domain.

As a Research Assistant and PhD Student at the University of Bern, I conducted research in P2P networks, QoS, and IP multicasting, contributing to the EU FP6 project “EUQoS.” I assisted in lectures, managed lab infrastructure, and supervised multiple students. Key achievements included authoring EU and Swiss research proposals, planning and implementing a VoIP system, organizing academic events, and producing 15 publications, a PhD thesis, and over 35 technical reports.

As a Software Developer and System Administrator at visual design AG and visual net AG, I developed internet, e-commerce, and standalone applications, including websites and ERPs. I planned and configured various network environments on both Linux and Windows platforms, and managed database, DNS, web, group, network, and directory servers.

As a self-employed PC Supporter, I provided training and support on operating systems and applications for private and business clients. I planned, set up, and administered network environments and standalone systems on Windows. Additionally, I developed tools and applications for electronic data processing, automation, backup, and data management.

As a Freelancer at Visual Design Sahin, I developed internet and e-commerce applications, including websites and payment gateways. I provided on-site support for network environments and managed server and client systems on Windows. Additionally, I set up and administered both corporate and small network environments.
