In my role as Quality Engineer, I held the responsibility for ensuring quality in projects by effectively managing KPIs. I applied statistical tools to analyze data and establish control plans for Statistical Process Control. I actively supported the development of gauges and submitted PPAP to the customer, maintaining a strong customer relationship. By implementing statistical analysis and driving improvements, I contributed to enhancing overall project quality and meeting customer expectations.
