- Analyzing the portfolio market, identifying key players and key factors of success to penetrate with our various service offers - Assessing the customer expectations, propose offers and negotiate contracts - Preparing and leading customer visits with internal stakeholders and carrying out the reporting to our internal actors and corporate teams - Monitoring KPI’s for internal and external customers to deliver excellence in services - Drawing up and managing support sales budget

- Manage communication with the customer in both fluent German and English language - Identify and assess customers’ needs and offer commercial solutions in cooperation with internal process partners - Create commercial offers and ensure on-time delivery - Customer satisfaction assurance follow up after service completion - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Einsatzplanung von 30 Inspektoren zur Qualitätssicherung an den Produktionsstätten, allgemeine Personal- und Backoffice-Tätigkeit, Rechnungsprüfung

Auftragsabwicklung für den Vertrieb von Industrielacken. Zuständigkeit für nationale und internationale Kundenkreise, mit dem Schwerpunkt in Mittel- und Südamerika. Abwicklung der Ausfuhrkontrolle von im Militärbereich eingesetzten Lacken. Betreuung der Schwesterstandorte in Mexiko und Brasilien.
