- Established Pricing Function in Russia: function responsibility, scope of work, cross-functional processes to be followed (SOP) as well as all relevant analytical tools - Set up the process of Price Risk Mitigation: risk of $25MM sales erosion in 2014-2015 mitigated - Lead the follow-up of localization project including products selection and prioritization to ensure changes in Regulations does not impact Localization Action Plan

- Lead a team of 4 analysts during Strategic Planning Process; designed and prepared the final presentation for Plan review in HQ - Developed and implemented Monthly Performance Dashboard in the Affiliate - Established Budget tracking system within the Business Unit - During the Strategic Acceleration project prepared 2012-2020 P&L forecast together with the investments schedule

- Led the first stage of the business intelligence project to implement CRM and RFID tracking systems in the Specialty Care Business Unit and delivered the Business Requirements for the IT system provider. - Analyzed the chain of promotional activities performed by KAMs in the hospital segment, created the process map and developed a set of new operational KPIs.

- Created fixed assets valuation models for the biggest Russian power generating company and the biggest Russian bank. - Reviewed the results of the Russian power generating company’s valuation for a top Italian power producing company acquired Russian one, identified mistakes and prepared documents for the client to confirm the necessity of additional revaluation to estimate the quarterly and annual depreciation rates for financial statements according to IFRS. -Wrote more than 35 valuation reports

Participated in a project to restructure and optimize the working processes of the biggest light vehicle manufacturer in Russia helping German team members to understand the Russian market. Researched and analyzed the Russian waste recycling market and key players, as well as Russian and global markets for automotive components. Negotiated with management team of the Russian State Institute of Wastes Recycling to use their proprietary data in exchange for the results of my research.

- Obtained medicine registration certificates (prepared and submitted dossiers to the Ministry of Health). - Created the database of patents and trademarks registered within Russia.

Planned, executed and analyzed results of experiments in the Laboratory of Crystallography using basic techniques of X-ray Crystallization, Molecular Biology and Biochemistry. Study of structure and properties of a newly discovered enzyme from bacteria.

Conducted research in the laboratory of Bioenergetics. Planned, executed and analyzed results of experiments using basic techniques of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry. Developed a new experiment methodology, using human blood as a source for required enzymes which greatly reduced experiment costs and facilitated logistical implications.
