Oversaw the development and implementation of HR function and activities in the assigned region (Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, Ukraine and Russia) but not limited to employment policies, employee and Labour relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, performance and talent management, employee engagement, CBA negotiation and collaboration with trade unions.

Served as a SME on HR related matters ( employee and Labour relations, HR polices and processes, talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, benefits and compensation, training and development) for business leaders and employees across the assigned geographic region.

Recruited clinical research professionals for Eastern Europe and Administrative personnel for EMEA via various resources (direct search, recruiting agencies, job websites, advertising, referrals and etc.).

Acted as a SME for employees, leadership team and direct reports, worked with data and HR analytics for business, ensured legal compliance across all HR related matters in Russia and Ukraine, and covered main generalist areas of expertise such as performance management and performance improvement, employee and labour relations, HR Operations, total rewards, recruitment, and training and development. Hired to replace the permanent employee absence; worked under tempo part-time contract, so I could combine my study at the University and job. Administrated HR workflow and payroll, provided support with benefits administration and salary surveys, and performed various HR related tasks upon request.
