Prepared financial information and reports as required for the Board of directors monthly, quartely and annually. Participated in the development of a new organizational structure which helped to improve the control environment

Participated in the planning and execution of the Company liquidation process. Reviewed an estimation of the layoff cost of more than 1.300 employees. Led the planning and execution of the physical fixed asset inventory in 17 branches. Controled of the process and set up internal controls for the assets sale. Prepared of monthly and final report about the liquidation management of the Board Directors to the Competent organisms.

Planned and performed internal audit . Performed special projects and analyses as needed. Reviewed and tested the adequacy and effectiveness of established management controls for varying functions within the Company to determine that activities were in compliance with management instructions, applicable statements of policy and procedures, and in a consistent manner with the institution's objectives and standards of administrative practice. Reviewed audits in accordance with accepted audit standards.

I joined the firm as Financial Audit Junior Associate in January 1990, and then I was promoted on July 1992 to Audit Semi-Senior Associate. On July 1993, I was promoted to Audit Senior Associate, on July 1995, I was promoted to Audit Supervisor and finally in July 1996 promoted to Audit Manager.
