After returning from my maternity leave, I transitioned to part-time work. Due to the timing of my maternity leave, I resumed my role as an Individual Contributor. In this capacity, I am responsible for spearheading the design solutions process from inception to execution. This involves collaborating directly with the Project Manager to identify opportunities, conducting research, implementing solutions that address both business and user needs, and utilizing KPIs to measure success.

In my role, I actively collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the entire product release cycle, starting from concept ideation to code implementation. I conduct evaluative user research and usability testing, enabling me to define the core problems and assess the feasibility of effective solution development. Additionally, I am responsible for maintaining an up-to-date repository of design guidelines and systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across projects. As part of my leadersh
