This division of Daimler AG focuses primarily on training the global Mercedes-Benz sales team, which includes Sales, Customer Service and Management. Based on experience & knowledge, digital and face-to-face training concepts are developed here, which are tailored to the training needs of the respective sales groups. The focus is especially on new market launch models of Mercedes-Benz Cars.
