As a Partner and Account Manager I am responsible for the management of a variety of new and existing Microsoft Gold Partner and enterprise end-customer accounts. I also work with exciting organisations to foster new partnerships and alliances.

As a Business Stream Manager I was responsible for the day-to-day management of (and delivery to) existing Microsoft Gold Partner Clients, impressing them with our service. I also lead a team responsible for recruiting/sourcing high quality Microsoft Professionals for our clients from Curo's trusted community, ensuring that they were taking on individuals with the skills necessary to provide the service they required.

As a Resourcing Consultant I was responsible for recruiting/sourcing high quality Microsoft Professionals from Curo's trusted community, ensuring that our clients were taking on individuals with the skills necessary to provide the service they required.

Part-time admin work during my final year at university.

Coordinating an internal pool of approx 130 engineers, consultants, developers, architects, project managers etc. to fulfil enterprise client resource requirements on consulting engagements. Led the sub-contracting process managing relationships with 3rd parties to fill overflow and niche requirements on consulting projects. Heavy involvement in the reporting process meant restructuring the way MCS track the utilisation of their consultants allowing more reactive management decisions to be made.
