Responsibilities 1)Prepare quotes and enter new orders into the system 2)Maintain orders: Checking delivery date and tracking shipments 3)Proactively calling customers: Confirming they are satisfied with the service 3)Attending printing paper specialist meetings: Actively improving and extending my knowledge about printing
