Responsible for the recruitment of healthcare professionals from the Italian market: Advertising job openings, developing business relationships with potential employers, interviewing by competencies, creating and delivering reports of most suitable candidates for the clients, delivering feedback to candidates, following up after successful placements, attending recruitment fairs and other events to expand the client base.

Performing advanced statistical analyses with SPSS (multiple regressions analysis, ANOVAs, ANCOVAs), LISREL, PROCESS (structural equation modeling, multilevel modeling); performing experiments, building samples, preparing and maintaining databases, writing scientific articles, contacting with scientific journals, participating to scientific projects; teaching classes to postgraduate student in Tallinn University of Technology (Tallinn, Estonia).

Responsible for IT Recruitment and Personnel selection process: Advertising, screening, interviewing and placing workers, keeping up to date on local hiring laws and regulations and advising candidates accordingly.
