Public Policy and Administration professional with a demonstrated history of working in large and complex non-governmental organizations. Specialized in issues of Governance of Migration and Diversity, , Project Management and Coordination.

As an executive secretary I was in the position of administration, project management, procurement, bookings, financial solvency and various other things in an association that deals with culture, music and promotion of democratic values among youth and other vulnerable groups. My work has involved me in the whole process of project management, from its conception to its evaluation. I have gathered valuable experiences throughout the years.

I am in charge of communication, management and coordination of different Erasmus + Projects. Also, my job entails research and analysis of certain data needed for different projects.

Data gathering, preparation and analysis of data, interviews, qualitative and quantitative research.

Working as a research assistant in several projects, gathering and coding data, coordinating students as well as organizing events, such as conferences, round table discussions and book readings.

As the member of the managing board of the Student Association of the Students of Political Science in Zagreb I was directly involved in strategic planning, project management, evaluation and the functioning of the Association.

I was a project manager and coordinator in the Youth Center in my hometown of Gornja Radgona. Through the years I have successfully Finished various projects, ranging from topics such as youth unemployment in the region, international youth cooperation, Erasmus + projects, youth and music festivals, advocacy campaigns, round table discussions and educational projects.

External PhD candidate at Erasmus School of Social and Behavioral Sciences, Department of Public Administration and Sociology (DPAS). My research focuses on the governance of intra-EU labor migration policies in the EU agricultural sector.
