Maud Vermeulen was responsible for advising the business on how to model their needs in TM1 and the full functional design, the test strategy and the cut-over plan. The solution supports the business as well as giving corporate management the flexibility to run simulations across their business.

Within 2 months a driver based retail model was designed and implemented in close cooperation with Asics. The model was developed in BPC 7.5 MS and was based on multiple store characteristics like opening month, comparability, type and included multiple mechanisms to plan future sales, rent, depreciation, salary expenses, marketing cost based on available actuals and assumptions about the market.

After the successful implementation of the Export model, Perfetti Van Melle decided to move over to SAP BPC 10 NW and made Maud responsible for the functional design for the sales model for the Benelux and the UK. Together with Perfetti Van Melle the model was implemented within a 2 months time frame.

Arcelor Mittal Mining was looking for a more structured way to report their quarterly sales. Next to that the need for forecasting was increasing. Based on the needs of Arcelor Mittal Mining Division the revenue model was designed and developed using BPC 10 NW, taking into account future planning and forecasting needs.

Maud Vermeulen was responsible for the definition of a global HR simulation solution for AB Inbev using Cognos TM1. The model is used by the different zones across the world to simulate HR expenses based on central and local assumptions. Maud had the responsibility for the design of the overall solution.

As Lead Consultant SAP BPC Maud Vermeulen was responsible for the design, leading the implementation team and making sure the sales planning model for Export was implemented based on the process and drivers used within the business.

Design and implementation of a Hyperion Planning model to support planning and forecasting up to Store operating Profit on store level and the complete P&L for Operations, Warehousing and Overheads.

Started at Finext in 1998 as a consultant. Next to my role as lead consultant on International Planning & Budgeting projects, I was troughout the years responsible for business development, innovation and forming successfull teams around new topics like Hyperion Planning, Outlooksoft (SAP BPC) and Cognos TM1.
