Managed the escalation, an E2E process which provides comprehensive support for customer situations where standard service, support or repair processes are unable to deliver a satisfactory solution in a timeframe acceptable to the customer, process for Turkey & Greece. Managed local and regional internal HP Operation and Delivery projects.

Acted as a single point of contact for specific software applications in major finance and telecom accounts. Owned and monitored the E2E case resolution process and managed the communication between the customer and 2nd line support of various international vendors.

Designed and implemented software in XPM Pascal and Protel programming languages, for CCS7 -ISUP, ISDN PRI/BRI- and CAS -R1, R2- protocols and services. Completed Projects: MFS 100i Enhancement (Russia), Morocco FDCP, DUAL RCO2 (Morocco & Tunisia), DDRM (Turkey)
