I was working and developing my career in hospitality as a Sous Chef from 2007 over Executive area Chef for IHG group till 2020 as last job in South China as Residence Manager for Louvre group hotels, from Covid times on as Sales Director for GANZBERG beer. In Summer 2022 I was returning to Hamburg Germany, as China was still in Covid lockdown. I was working in hospitality in Germany, getting new experience in management, was working with cooking robots and learned more about the changes in hospitality these days. I wish I can utilize my colorful experiences over the last 2 decades especially in Asia, for future developments in Europe and the world. I love art and travel experiences, over 5 years I served as well as elected board member for the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in China.
