Analyzes the regional and corporate requirements of DPDHL from IT Infrastructure Architecture and Technology Capability point of view, provides input to technological and process changes so that corporate requirements are met. Keeps the history of Business Cases, Financial outlook and legal contracts, negotiates contracts with third party suppliers together with legal and procurement departments. Application Support Domain Manager for 4 different technical teams within Operational Solutions Support for DPDHL IT Services, based in Prague responsible for web-based, customer services support, desktop and automated systems. This management position controls a budget of 3 million Euros and, with a staff of 34 employees, provides service delivery to support applications generating an annual turnover of 1.5 billion Euros.

This role had on-going responsibility to provide second level support (including out of hours) for the core DHL applications and acted as the escalation point for urgent/critical issues. It was also responsible for planning resources for both production and new projects.
