Experience included: Identified AUD$18m in annual cost savings for a declining gas distribution business by modelling supplier economics, benchmarking field operations and redesigning pricing across four contracts. Led PMO governance across four workstreams, redesigning corporate processes to reduce administrative burden and keep improvement initiatives on time and budget. Supported energy and utilities business development through pitch materials, market insights and client development meetings.

Led 120 operators through a high-volume season, managing daily execution, shift handovers, issue escalation and performance routines at Australia's largest Kraft Heinz factory. Delivered a 10% throughput increase on a 40,000 tpa line by redesigning process flows, supporting automation upgrades and aligning cross-functional stakeholders. Managed factory capex projects from scoping through commissioning, including RFQs, supplier coordination, contractor management, safety reviews and operational handover.
