Identification and onboarding key vendor partners with Amazon DE/SARL

• Improving the quality of content moderation through sampling process and assisting the optimization of community guidelines in the German-speaking market. • Distribution of tasks and ensuring fulfilment of deadlines for the smooth xfn collaboration. • Optimization and implementation of the onboarding process; preparation of the onboarding schedule and organizing EMEA-wide introductory training session for the new-joiners.

• Merit-based support and assistance in research, and database building with focus on public diplomacy, political communication, and IT. • Coordinating cooperation between different academic stakeholders; scheduling and organizing meetings and interviews. • Copywriting and editing of articles for publications, websites, and social media. • Assisting with project management and event planning.

• Assistance in consular, administrative, and financial matters. • Preparation of daily reports on the pandemic situation and providing intelligence on the local efforts to curb the spread of COVID-19. • Preparation of and translation of official documents and miscellaneous content for social media in Polish, English and Mandarin Chinese, as needed. Maintaining and updating the Embassy website.

• Managing a local sales team including HR management for the Chinese office; supervision of the quality of goods and services provided by the sales team. • Carrying out market research and analysis and forecasting future sales and trends; • Cooperation with Chinese and Polish suppliers, and maintenance of customer databases. • Implementation of sales and marketing campaigns, including localization of Polish imported goods on the Chinese market

• Providing customer service for the DACH market. • Establishment of Polish-speaking post-sale service team. • Translation of promotional materials; Creation of FAQs and How-To Guides. • Social Media Content preparation and management.
