Restructured and sold a producer of Sales Force Automation / Field Force Automation software. Complete turnaround: 52% costs reduction, signed contracts value increase of 270%. After cleaning up ownership status, prepared IM, identified potential buyers, structured and completed the sale to a new investor finishing my role.

Created value for investors including PE houses, FTSE 100 and other corporates by identification of cost-cutting opportunities and synergies at potential targets as well as conducting financial and commercial due diligence.
