Posterior to a period of achievements at B.Grob do Brasil, I was aked by Sanfra to assume the operational process of all customers' portfolio. By implementing an excellence program to attend our clients, I have improved Sanfra’s customer service. Adopted routines and measurements brought confidence and integrity on provided services. The close partnership with our customers and the vast understanding of their supply chain, contributed to facilitate the customs clearance process.

I have taken a valuable opportunity to apply my knowledge by working at B.Grob (in-company – by Sanfra), an international machinery producer and an automation service provider. My international supply-chain background contributed for resolving long-standing issues and creating solutions that improved operational efficiency of import and export processes. As a consequence, operational costs have been substantially reduced.

Another pleasing step up in my career was to move to Paranoa, a worldwide supplier for the automotive industry. I have gone beyond numerous challenges in the international supply chain to attend our customers. During this period I extended my knowledge and proved my abilities in production planning and stock management. Additionally, I have coordinated the purchasing of non-productive materials.

After 4 years working on administrative functions in a VW car dealer, I initiated my professional learning process in the international trade at Tito, also the emphasis of my studies. I made myself familiar with all import and export routines, as well the respective documentation. International follow up, customer support and inventory monitoring took part of my regular tasks. Quick developments resulted in opportunities to work in-company in large groups as Ford Motor Company and Nestlé do Brasil.
