Worked in a regional hub, managing supply chain for 6 markets, including four 3rd party logistics providers and 2 distributors. Implemented S&OP process / communication which resulted in overall business transparency, forecast accuracy increase (15%) and working capital / inventory decrease (10%). Achieved 100% success rate with in-time new product launches. Developed partnership with Distributors.

Participated in successful integration of european supply chain of merged / acquired organizations. Established in-market supply chain team which supported South East European markets in supply chain processes, including demand / supply planning, inventory management, new product launches and product changes. Over 12 months released $7M of working capital, by reducing finished goods inventory. Worked closely with Controlling on providing inputs for budgeting for inventory, COGS, provisions.

Managed integration of supply chain of 2 merged organizations. Implemented European S&OP process. Worked closely with VP European Commercial Operations on establishing trust between Operations and Commercial teams. Rolled out capacity review process to European manufacturing sites. Established European Master data management function.

Established Global Supply chain function, coordinating supply chain teams on 5 manufacturing sites (Europe and USA). Initiated and led number of operations improvement initiatives: complexity reduction, lead time reduction, purchasing and quality function redesign. Managed supply chain in major technology transfer projects from USA to Europe including selection of global logistics service provider. Provided lead in short term capacity constraint management and supply issues with 3rd party suppliers.
