In the agile culture, as Product Owner I am the leader responsible for the definition of the outcome that is expected from the squad, in this case I have a squad formed by one Iteration manager and 3 squad members. Also, I am the Project Manager for the RFID deployments in Americas Group Enterprise Asset management, this role consists on managing the potential RFID technology deployments projects since Initiation.

As team leader I have participated in different projects. I started this role with the transition from Argentina to Mexico of the CSO team which provides IBM with order placement processes for internal users. I worked with CSO team for more than a year until the transition was completed and the processes got to steady state. After completing this transition I moved to coordinate 7 different teams in Enterprise Asset Management having around 20 people reporting simultaneously.
