Hubert Burda Media is one of the major media companies in Germany. The company holds over 600 digital and printed consumer products and is home to many of the leading platforms and brands in the DACH region. The aim of the program is to accompany and to bolster highly talented graduates throughout their journey of becoming young executives. Every 2-3 months, I worked for different international brands/companies and faced exciting new challenges. I primarily focused on strategy and digital-related topics.

Development of a digital platform to connect neighbours in order to test platform businesses as potential future revenue streams; conceptualization, branding and prototype development of the platform; elaboration of business models and go-to-market strategy.

Management consulting. Support in management diagnostics and change management processes; preparation of proposals and presentations for multiple projects.

Preparation, implementation and follow-up of recruiting days; CV Screening and applicant management; organization of numerous HR events; conceptualization and implementation of an internal community platform.

Conceptualization and conduction of leadership workshops; preparation of presentations and documents about the development process; support in an internal change management process.

Support in project management coaching; revision of project management tools, market and competitor analyses (today ECONUM Consulting)
