• Siebel implementing ( Installation / Un-installation ) Siebel OpenUI in 8.x. • IRM process for newer version of Siebel 8.1.1.10 & 8.1.1.11 (OpenUI ). • Vendor support and customer management to maintain technology standards and to define system design requirements.

• Repository Migrations, Compilations and SRF moves from one environment to another environment as well as backing up repositories. • Generate New Database, Triggers and DB Extracts, DB Extensions. • Good knowledge of Oracle and SQL as Siebel database for installation & administration. • Set up, upgrade, patch and support Siebel v8 in all environments.

• Installation of Web Server, Gateway Servers and Database Server on Unix environment. • Plays a role in the creation of new technical environments and establishing appropriate standards and strategies for these environments. • Worked with development team to coordinate migrations of data between development, Test and Production Environments. • Siebel Application Patch Administration (upgrading) • Manage user hierarchy in production environment.
