Designing and implementing BD plans for UK Qualification focusing on British Council’s English Language Assessment - Aptis and Schools Exams Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders including awarding bodies through regular meetings and events. Monitoring and evaluating development plans on a quarterly basis, based on business performance. Monitoring and providing monthly assurance on budgets and business plans.

Monitoring and reporting on adherence to British Council and Awarding Body standards with regards to management of Test deliver including back-office exam operations, test day administration and test day customer journeys Monitoring and reporting on adherence to quality standards with regards to test day personnel management, training and performance evaluation Supporting test day venue Health & Safety checks, and ensuring action points are implemented

Designing, developing and implementing insightful, creative and effective marketing strategies for Examination Services Tracking, analysing, and monthly reporting of results of various marketing initiatives. Arranging Cambridge English events in key cities addressing the needs of influencers and test-takers.
