Penetrating the Hospitality Market through Marriot Bonvoy added to my career a new transformative experience, I was responsible for driving sales growth through strategic planning, client relationship management, and online marketing campaigns, collaborating with a high-performing team, I enhanced my leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, while gaining insights into the hospitality industry. This role amplified my know-how in aligning sales and marketing efforts to deliver measurable results.

Managed 8 employees with titles of junior, senior and supervisor to well tackle and achieve their tasks and targets while identifying each individuals’ goals to efficiently make them successful, guiding the team through ethical yet practical problem-solving solutions. Added a great technical improvements of leadership skills and outstanding internal communication with other departments. And created and managed digital content, increasing brand awareness and lead generation.

This 3 years’ experience encountered a massive development in interpersonal, presentation, communication, leadership skills and a great exposure to digital marketing.
