Key responsibility of the role is to ensure the execution of commercial and operational processes in the ADC Clinical Sales organization with emphasis on the improvement in effectiveness. In addition focus on developing opportunities with Key Investigators as well as exploring new business segments.

I am currently employed as Business Excellence Manager for CEE and Baltics, CIS and Russia (18 countries) at Abbott Diabetes Care division. The primary objective of my role is to liaise between countries and Region - integrate market insight, sales demand, financial aspects as well as quality and regulatory matters necessary for business and management decisions.

During my 3 years with Deloitte I was specialized in banking and financial institutions and led financial audits of a big commercial banks as well as Czech National Bank. I also participated in audits of retail and consultancy companies.

Major accountabilities - Market Analysis (comprehensive analysis of the market based on specific criteria, searching for new business opportunities, evaluation of potential customers and their prioritization for further processing - Business Process Improvement (administration of Salesforce.com, unification of the work with our CRM system, preparation of reports and dashboards for Sales Manager)
