Major responsibility includes development in overall business; identifying the services that could be provided to the customers, volume of business and the resources needed to deliver them. Responsible to run distributor activities of following brands; Thermo Fisher Scientific , Eppendorf , Agilent , Anton Paar , Fisher Scientific.

Development of a Business plan for achieving the set targets. Identifying and meeting with potential customers and supply chain partners to develop and maintain relationships. Identifying potential business opportunities. Developing and drafting proposals and bids for customers, liaising as necessary with the rest of the business, and legal and commercial colleagues

* Lead and successfully & run newly stablish department “Analytical Services & Calibrations”. * Responsible to meet Sales goals and overall quality of services. * Responsible to offer the right system's configuration for the End user's application. * Provides PMs, Calibrations and Breakdowns Services to clients. * Provides IQ, OQ and PQ qualification. * Designed Service reports and Certificates formats for clients. * Applications Service support. * On Calls Sales and Service support.

* Responsible for over all operations relates to Sales goals and quality of Service. * Provide hands-on services & application support to End-users, demonstrated and trained End-users to carry out Analysis on various techniques.

* Responsible for Installations and Commissioning of Instruments. * Provides PMs, Calibrations and Breakdowns Services to clients. * Provide IQ, OQ and PQ qualification. * Provide Troubleshooting and repairing work. * Responsible to complete projects successfully, & lead the team with all technical aspects.

* Responsible for over all operations relates to Sales and Service.

* Responsible for installations and commissioning of new instruments. * Provide Troubleshooting and repairing work.
