Muriel Brantley

I worked as a frontline Supervisor with Internal Revenue Service. My duties included hiring, employee orientation, training, performance and leave counseling, evaluations, inputting payroll and any adjustments or corrections, weekly information meetings, coaching and many other management matters as needed. I worked with a span of control of up to 40 new hires though generally led a team of 15 tax examiners. I managed several programs while serving as a manager.
