As a Recruitment Specialist, various processes after the candidate shortlisted for the interview and selected for offer to till the candidate is on-boarded are taken care. This includes scheduling the interview for shortlisted candidates, Offer Letter generation, Background Check, Offer Sending, Acceptance Letter generation, Accept letter sending & On-Boarding Process.
