Creation and lead of the World Class Manufacturing continuous improvement program in the SU reaching 33 points in the official auditing system with following key achievements: Reduction of first aid cases by 32% yoy; Reduction of customer complaints by 15% yoy; Reduction of the end to end supply chain costs linked to the sourcing unit by 7-9% yoy Development, training and use of the WCM toolbox; Strong change and transversal management of 10 pillar leaders and direct management of 6 employees
