Introductory training in Focusing, a body-oriented method of self-awareness and emotional processing developed by Eugene Gendlin. The program covered the fundamentals of Focusing practice, listening skills, and guiding simple Focusing processes in dyads and groups.

Individual coaching sessions with Susanne Kotzerke, Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie, specifically chosen for her Focusing-oriented approach. After first discovering Focusing in 2017, I recognized it as the method I had been seeking. From 2019 onwards I worked with her regularly, later occasionally, to deepen my understanding and application of Focusing. These sessions significantly supported my personal growth, self-reflection and practical experience alongside formal training.

Studied Psychology (B.Sc.) from 2014 to 2016, completing modules 1 and 2 (general and developmental psychology, statistics and methodology). Attended modules 3–5 but did not take exams. Although still formally enrolled, I have not pursued further modules since 2016. I discovered my deeper interest beyond average statistical findings: understanding what makes a good and fulfilling life, which led me to explore Positive Psychology and related conferences.

Studied Economics with focus on macro- and microeconomic theory, statistics and mathematics. The highly theoretical program offered insights into large-scale economic systems, but I discovered a stronger interest in psychology and health-related topics, which I explored alongside my studies through independent reading. This shift deepened my focus on human behavior and wellbeing. No degree obtained.

Studied International Business & Management (program fully taught in English) with a focus on group projects, intercultural collaboration and critical case analysis. Courses included Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Business History and Economics. Developed strong skills in Business English, teamwork and independent learning. This experience sparked my deeper interest in Economics, leading me to continue my studies in Mannheim. No degree obtained.
