Oversee floor coverage, Client Service, VM standards and Operational tasks. Leading the Sales team in achieving targeted quantitative and qualitative goals. Ensuring that all the processes are in compliance with legal, safety, security, sustainability, HR guidelines. Accountable for Retail Excellence guidelines in the store. Managing Inventories activities and report immediately if any discrepancies.
