Conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis on TMS-based interventions in preclinical ischemic stroke models. Extracted and organized quantitative data from published studies. Used R/RStudio, WebPlotDigitizer and Rayyan for data analysis, data extraction and study screening.

Investigated inter-trial interval (ITI) effects on motor-evoked potentials (MEPs). Gained hands-on experience with transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and motor cortex excitability.

Performed primary isolation of mouse brain microvascular endothelial cells (pMBMECs). Used flow cytometry and immunofluorescence. Worked with cell culture and EAE-related procedures.

Conducted experimental research on cold atmospheric plasma and fungal responses. Analyzed experimental data and evaluated fungal growth and biological responses.

Supported routine laboratory procedures and biological sample handling. Performed blood collection and venipuncture. Communicated with patients during sample collection.
