• Estimating Profit and Loss Statement monthly and daily version, analyze and improve the estimation tool. • Detect variance of actual costs from budgeted costs regard to FOB cost and Stock reconciliation. • Identify the cause(s) of variance, and plan the corrective process to effect realignment between actual and budgeted costs. • Checked the cost of suppliers charged compared with the amount used by the company in terms of quantity and price per unit.
