As a result of my EMEA service delivery KPI’s out-performing the professional out-sourced US and APAC provider, I was promoted to lead a global continuous improvement initiative to promote my “Voice of the Customer” campaign and improve user satisfaction of IS/IT. Championed the strategy and introduced the service delivery processes in line with ITIL methodology into all areas of IT support, including Incident, Problem, Change and Release
