Exceeded performance goals by building a curriculum from scratch, including all necessary materials for trainers and students, to ensure that our new customer development agents in Germany are successfully trained and ready to start the job within two months. Successfully partnered with different stakeholders thorughout EMEA to ramp up the performance of existing teams to a higher level through measured and scalable learning experiences.

Ensure all new and existing staff employees (ca. 200+) receive the required compliance, refresher and BRC related training. Plan, deliver and co- ordinate the delivery of skills training by following established standard operating procedures and assessments and supporting in the development of new standard operating procedures (if none exist) with the support and engagement of skilled bakery operatives. Identify, plan and co-ordinate the training of specialist skills within the bakery.

Responsible for selection of trainers for the summer camp. Development and delivery of training for the trainers. Close communication of the progress of the project to different stakeholders, like project leader, teachers, parents and (possible) participants. Assistance to the project leader (on camp) on account of the pedagogical overall responsibility for the participants.

In this role I was responsible for development and delivery of project based learning workshops during summer camps. This included social skill short- term workshops at beginning of the camp for a smooth transition between school education and out- of- school education (experience- based learning) and the close monitoring of the participants progress.

The German Foundation of Children and Youth (GFCY) is a free educational institution on out- of school education. In cooperation with the Ministry of Education Hessen and the Federal Ministry of Economy and Innovation, the GFCY offers educational camps on different topics in which I took part as a trainer and social- educational expert on project- based learning.
