Deliver contracted IT services to existing customers in accordance with SLAs, covering SAP Application Management, SAP Technical Management, and End User Services. Own and manage all ITIL based service processes, including regular service review meetings, operational reporting, and performance tracking against defined SLAs and KPIs.

Contribute to project planning activities and manage the project schedule to ensure delivery within agreed timelines. Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing clear updates on project status, risks, and potential delays.

Full end to end ownership of customer contracts, including operational, commercial, and strategic responsibilities. Commercial steering and financial governance of customer engagements, ensuring profitability, contract compliance, and sustainable growth. Executive level customer relationship management, acting as the primary point of contact for top management stakeholders.

As a Service Delivery Manager (SDM), I am responsible for managing contracted services and acting as the primary operational interface for both internal and external stakeholders, working in close collaboration with the Account DPE.
