Switzerland Controller reported to Swiss CFO, responsibilities including, budget execution, conducting the month end process and forecast revisions, performing financial analysis to the business and the management, preparation of corporate financial reports, collecting withholding tax, fx conversion into a local currency and payment to the local tax authorities, participation in different enhancement and process improvement projects, and maintenance of policies and procedures.

Switzerland Controller reported to Swiss CFO responsbilities including productions and analysis of client profit and loss statements, preparation and review of monthly client invoices, reconciliation of cash receipts, deposit and interest risk analysis and maintenance, calculation of monthly revenue accruals, expense allocation between different business units, and the mainternance of procedures.

Client service representative for two major custody clients with asset volume +15bn, responsibilities including controlling of the daily trading accounting for the clients, troubleshooting in the area of securities, administration such as corporate actions and securities deliveries, preparation and delivery of monthly financial statement reports to the clients, providing new hire training during the probation time of a new employee, Aasisting and partial stand-in to the Client Group Manager.

Reporting to Head of Controlling, responsibilities including cost controlling, indirect expense allocation between departments, preparation of yearly budget, and Ad hoc queries.

After receiving MBA degree at Westminster College, worked at 3M as account receivable processing clerk before moving into Switzerland.
