I act as the acknowledged source of market intelligence for Global Sourcing and Supply providing competitive intelligence on global and regional supply markets in the agrochemical industry. I lead internal intelligence building and facilitating intelligence sharing with cross-functional teams to align internal understanding of supply markets and challenge existing supply chain and sourcing strategies.

I provided project management support to business managers responsible for delivering strategic direction for blockbuster products. Support included generating business cases for new product concepts, conducting market and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and monitor competitor activity, leading research projects to test new product concepts, producing communications pieces to communicate product value propositions, and helping to align functions in large matrix organization.

I managed the marketing team and was responsible for all marketing activity in the UK and Ireland. I was charged with planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns targeting specific growth markets. I developed marketing collateral, designed telemarketing campaigns and managed external agencies responsible for delivering PR, design, print and digital media.

Modules completed to date include Economics and Institutions for Development; Managing Rural Development; Rural Development; and Social Development and Gender Analysis. Modules in progress include Marketing for Small Agribusinesses and Agricultural Trade and Policy.
