Exemple of mission: Within an information system change project, I supported the client to : • Formalise HR processes (current and target) and participate to the design workshops • Manage the project • Define the impacts and realise a risks analysis (impacted populations identification, weight of the related impacts, actions plans definition • Define and implement the communication and training plans

• Create the training material and communication • Train HR directors of the European subsidiaries before the opening of the tool (3 trainings sessions of a duration of 3 half days) • Support daily the subsidiaries on technical and functional topics • Deploy the new annual appraisal form coming from this tool in these same subsidiaries. I also realised a study on the salaries and bonuses of the management committee in the European subsidiaries. (Internship followed by a temporary contract)
