- Operated 100+ network security devices and 300+ virtual private connections (VPN) along with international teams from US, India, UK and Romania to provide 24/7 support accomplishing 92% completed tickets in time - Started the Mexico office as part of the 1st network security support group, training new hires (5 members) in our procedures and client’s IT infrastructure designs which assisted to grow the team’s support capacity in 40%

- Planned, presented, developed and documented integral solutions (Security, Network, Processes, Application) along with the sales team that allowed us to win 9 major contracts in - public and private organizations - Organized and coordinated engineer/technical teams (5-8 members) for project deployments - Identified and constructed IT solutions to achieve the business objectives of our clients
