Focused on performing and Design DoE to Validate mechanisms due to requirements and use collected data to make engineering decisions to improve design. Research and documentation for design changes and manufacturing processes used by suppliers. Provide/deliver 3D CAD models for both system and board level floor-planning and to analyze engineering trade-offs with the rest of the cross functional team. Direct contact with suppliers to improve material and process quality.

Contributed to the development of the first Electric Truck and Electric Bus programs, leading key mechanical and electrical design tasks. Developed engineering design solutions using CAD tools and methodologies such as DFMEA, DRBFM, FEA, and tolerance/packaging studies. Managed engineering changes throughout the product lifecycle to ensure quality and performance.

Familiar with Linux fundamentals, cloud services, AWS, and Docker, with hands-on exposure to basic deployment, containerization, and cloud management tasks.
